After 12 years in Berlin, where we had built our nest with safety and comfort, we wanted something else. A different lifestyle, culture and environment where we could be at one with nature while exploring our own. We uprooted our family of four and headed towards Vahngärad, Sweden, to find and build our new home. It was an experiment and adventure and an attempt to grow new roots in a place we knew little about and where we knew no one.
